Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,435 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDP1, CDCA4, and L2HGDH. Each is linked with TRMT5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT5-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT5 versus TDP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
