Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, INPP4B, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with TRMT5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT5-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by TRMT5-low versus TRMT5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
