TRMT1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,698 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are DARS2, SDHC, and GPATCH4. Each is linked with TRMT1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT1L-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT1L versus DARS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
