TRMT1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with TRMT1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT1L-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by TRMT1L-low versus TRMT1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
