Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRMT1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,017 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nucleus, R-loop processing, and snRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with TRMT1L in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT1L-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT1L results are reported.
