Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRMT13 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TRMT13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC show a favorable association.
BRCA, CHOL, and KIRC are the cancer types where TRMT13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
