TRMT13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,842 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD21, RBBP4, and SRSF3. Each is linked with TRMT13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT13-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT13 versus RAD21 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
