TRMT13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, EGFR_pY1068, and ERK2. Each is linked with TRMT13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT13-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by TRMT13-low versus TRMT13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
