TRMT13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRMT13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, MS4A12, and ELOA3DP. Each is linked with TRMT13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT13-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by TRMT13-low versus TRMT13-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
