Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRMT12 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRMT12 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SKCM, and OV are the cancer types where TRMT12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
