Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,668 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL4, CXCL13, and CTLA4. Each is linked with TRMT12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT12-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT12 results are reported.
