TRMT112

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT112 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,999 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT112-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STIP1, ZNHIT2, and UBXN1. Each is linked with TRMT112 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT112-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT112 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT112 versus STIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT112→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT112) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
