Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT112 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,828 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT112-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELL2, HEATR1, and FAM86C2P. Each is linked with TRMT112 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT112-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT112 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT112 versus ELL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT112→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT112) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
