Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRMT112 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,873 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT112-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, succinate to ubiquinone, Deadenylation-dependent decapping of nuclear-transcribed mRNA, and snoRNA guided rRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with TRMT112 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT112-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT112 results are reported.
