Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT10C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRMT10C data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TRMT10C mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT10C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, LSCC, and COAD are the cancer types where TRMT10C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
