Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT10B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRMT10B data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TRMT10B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT10B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TRMT10B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
