Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT10A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRMT10A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRMT10A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT10A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where TRMT10A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
