TRMT10A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT10A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,918 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT10A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METAP1, PLCG2, and ARPC3. Each is linked with TRMT10A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10A-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT10A versus METAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
