Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT10A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,186 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A39, JAML, and PSMB5. Each is linked with TRMT10A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10A-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT10A versus SLC25A39 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
