TRMT10A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT10A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,883 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL83P, RPL18P1, and MIR7702. Each is linked with TRMT10A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10A-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL83P grouped by TRMT10A-low versus TRMT10A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
