TRMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,027 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, POLR1E, and SUGP1. Each is linked with TRMT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT1 versus PUS7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
