TRMT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,199 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXM1, CDCA3, and KIF20A. Each is linked with TRMT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT1 versus FOXM1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
