TRMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT18P44, MYG1, and SRIP3. Each is linked with TRMT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT18P44 grouped by TRMT1-low versus TRMT1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
