TRMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RESP18, KCNK18, and EPPIN. Each is linked with TRMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RESP18 grouped by TRMT1-low versus TRMT1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
