Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIP6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIP6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher TRIP6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and OV show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and PDAC are the cancer types where TRIP6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
