TRIP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,813 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11A, USP8, and SNX1. Each is linked with TRIP4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP4-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIP4 versus RAB11A in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
