TRIP13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,126 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF622_S143, KPNA2, and LIG1. Each is linked with TRIP13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP13-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIP13 versus ZNF622_S143 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
