TRIP13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,449 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL440P, CDKN3, and SNX8. Each is linked with TRIP13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP13-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL440P grouped by TRIP13-low versus TRIP13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
