TRIP13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, ERK2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with TRIP13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP13-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by TRIP13-low versus TRIP13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
