Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIP11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIP11 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TRIP11 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where TRIP11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
