TRIP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,742 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, BAG5, and CDC42BPB. Each is linked with TRIP11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP11-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIP11 versus PPP4R3A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
