Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,833 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA5, TMED10, and TC2N. Each is linked with TRIP11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP11-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIP11 versus GOLGA5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
