Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PCNA, and TFRC. Each is linked with TRIP11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP11-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by TRIP11-low versus TRIP11-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
