Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,261 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering to Golgi, Vesicle tethering, and Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with TRIP11 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP11-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP11 results are reported.
