TRIP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 468 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are HES3, IQCF5, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with TRIP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP11-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HES3 grouped by TRIP11-low versus TRIP11-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
