Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIP10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIP10 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TRIP10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and HNSC are the cancer types where TRIP10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
