Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,025 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH2D3A_S180, LMNA, and TRIP10_S296. Each is linked with TRIP10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP10-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIP10 versus SH2D3A_S180 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
