TRIOBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIOBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,820 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIOBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PACSIN2, TTLL12, and NOP2. Each is linked with TRIOBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIOBP-to-partner and partner-to-TRIOBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIOBP versus PACSIN2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIOBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIOBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
