TRIOBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIOBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIOBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, TEDC1, and RPS19BP1. Each is linked with TRIOBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIOBP-to-partner and partner-to-TRIOBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPM grouped by TRIOBP-low versus TRIOBP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIOBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIOBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
