Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIOBP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIOBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Rad50, and ATM. Each is linked with TRIOBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIOBP-to-partner and partner-to-TRIOBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by TRIOBP-low versus TRIOBP-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIOBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIOBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
