Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIOBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,284 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIOBP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament capping, Negative regulation of actin filament depolymerization, and Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization. Each is linked with TRIOBP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIOBP-to-partner and partner-to-TRIOBP results are reported.
