TRIO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,409 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIO_S2417, PLOD2, and PLOD3. Each is linked with TRIO in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIO-to-partner and partner-to-TRIO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIO versus TRIO_S2417 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
