TRIO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,393 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIO-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPA, CXCL9, and PUS1. Each is linked with TRIO in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIO-to-partner and partner-to-TRIO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPA grouped by TRIO-low versus TRIO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
