Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,222 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIO-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2V1, POMK, and KCNJ11. Each is linked with TRIO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIO-to-partner and partner-to-TRIO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2V1 grouped by TRIO-low versus TRIO-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
