TRIM9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,014 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FGD3_S128, SEC23B, and MZB1. Each is linked with TRIM9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM9-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM9 versus FGD3_S128 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
