Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,668 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A17, SNORD114-20, and NDP. Each is linked with TRIM9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM9-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM9 versus SLC22A17 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
