Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,821 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOVA1, CKB, and ZBTB47. Each is linked with TRIM9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM9-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM9 versus NOVA1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
