Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, GOLGA6L1, and OR1L6. Each is linked with TRIM9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM9-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by TRIM9-low versus TRIM9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
