TRIM8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,277 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARL3, TTI1, and MTA1_T564. Each is linked with TRIM8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM8-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM8 versus ARL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
