Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-414P, TRAJ34, and TRAJ23. Each is linked with TRIM8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM8-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM8 results are reported.
